Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Exceptions include:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has incorrect size.
  • The product was damaged in transit.

If any of these exceptions apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.


Non-Custom Products

1) 7-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if you change your mind.

2) Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3) Starting a Return

STEP 1: Email us at purrfectart@outlook.com with:

  • Your name
  • Location
  • Order number
  • Item to return
  • Reason for return

STEP 2: We will provide our return address and detailed instructions.

STEP 3: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days.


Notice:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any loss or damage during transit.
  • Refunds may take time to appear in your account. Please check with your bank or PayPal for processing delays.
